If you are considering an apprenticeship program, now is the time to apply. Southern Oregon Joint Apprenticeship Training Committee (SOJATC) is accepting applications throughout the month of October for its construction apprenticeship program. This program includes paid education, on-the-job training, employment benefits and more. Sounds good, right? The SOJATC is made up of WorkSource Klamath and WorkSource Rogue Valley.
Through the apprenticeship, you can learn skills in:
- Carpentry
- Interior/Exterior specialist
- Cement masonry
- Drywall finisher & taper
- Painting
You’ll have the opportunity to work with notable Klamath and Jackson County companies like Bogatay Construction, Inc., Modoc Contractors, Adroit Construction, Summit Home, Massey Interiors and others. Classes are taught by Klamath Community College and Rogue Community College.
